No Show Policy
We understand unforeseen circumstances can come up. We will work with you on an individual basis as much as possible.
We’ve updated our cancellation policy to better serve all our valued patients. This allows us to ensure appointment availability for all patients.
Filler
Appointments
Require a $200 deposit to secure your spot. If cancelled without adequate notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Botox/Dysport appointments
Cancelled without adequate notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee prior to rebooking.
Mallory’s service appointments
Cancelled without adequate notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost prior to rebooking.
